OBJECTIVE:
- Manage the entire Business Case process: from opportunity search and audience analysis to presentation of the implementation strategy and plan to the bank's management;
- Be a connecting link between business and technology: prepare business requirements, understand the "anatomy" and logic of systems;
- Ensure continuous improvement of products and processes: monitor the "health" of existing products, promptly solve daily tasks and implement more effective solutions;
- Monitor market innovations and technological innovations, initiating timely product evolution or development.
MOST IMPORTANT:
- 3+ years of experience in product development or project management (finance sector is an advantage);
- Ability to see the big picture and understand how individual changes affect the entire process chain;
- Analytical literacy: the ability to independently collect data, structure it and provide reasonable conclusions;
- Strong sense of "ownership", responsibility for the final result and the ability to turn ideas into working solutions;
- Personal qualities: quick orientation, critical thinking, teamwork and the ability to defend one's point of view with arguments;
- Excellent English (both in communication and in preparing documentation).
PROPOSAL:
- 2800–3500 EUR monthly salary (excluding taxes);
