Monthly salary: €3,810.00 - €5,710.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the need for investment projects related to the Rail Baltica program for public railway infrastructure facilities (hereinafter referred to as projects) with the functions and structural units of the AB "Lietuvos Geležinkeliai" group of companies
- Prepare information and perform actions regarding the inclusion of projects in the company's investment and procurement plans
- Ensure that the documents necessary for the implementation of projects (technical specifications, technical tasks, procurement documents, etc.) are prepared in a high-quality, proper and timely manner
- Organize, plan, manage, execute and control the implementation of projects within the established quality, budget and time constraints
- Make decisions on project implementation issues, plan and coordinate the activities of the project implementation working group members and organize their work
- Assess and manage project implementation risks, implement risk management measures
- Initiate and participate in procurement procedures for project implementation
- Ensure the execution, management and administration of transactions for project implementation
- Ensure the accumulation, storage and traceability
- Perform other project manager functions established by the company's internal legal acts
What do we expect?
- Higher education (preferably in the field of technological sciences)
- Experience in preparing and (or) implementing project proposals, construction technical projects, technical-work projects, work projects in the areas of transport communications or other construction development project management
- At least 3 successfully implemented infrastructure projects
- Knowledge and application of advanced project management models
- Experience and ability to effectively manage project risks
- Knowledge of project preparation service contracts
- Knowledge of clerical work, document preparation rules
- Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills
- Microsoft Office software skills
