Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of the ISO 50001 Energy Management System (EMS) with external consultants, ensure system support and continuous improvement after the standard is implemented
  • Initiate railway infrastructure development projects in the energy sector and coordinate or manage their implementation
  • Address topics and tasks related to infrastructure development and technological strategy
  • Set energy efficiency indicators, energy baseline and energy targets, coordinating action plans with departments and monitoring their implementation
  • Organize energy data collection, management and analysis, assessing energy consumption and identifying significant areas of use
  • Coordinate the EMS working group, development / updating of processes and documentation in accordance with ISO 50001 requirements and legal acts
  • Represent the EMS in the field of application, organizing internal training and consultations, preparing presentations
  • Organize internal audits, coordinate external audits and supervise non-conformities and corrective actions management
  • Coordinate data provision on ENVS and sustainability issues and participate in related efficiency, technological, LEAN and strategic initiatives
  • Provide management with reports and proposals on ENVS performance improvement, energy consumption changes, risks and opportunities

What do we expect?

  • Higher/postgraduate education in energy, engineering, environmental protection, management systems or related field
  • Successful experience in energy, management systems/projects, production, engineering or process management
  • Knowledge of ISO 50001 and ISO 19011 principles and related legal acts
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare documents, coordinate action plans and work with managers and technical staff
  • Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills
  • ISO 50001 auditor training, energy auditor certificate or experience in energy audits, or ISO implementation or certification (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) experience - an advantage
  • Power BI skills, experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector - an advantage

Monthly salary: €3,810.00 - €5,710.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.
