JOB DESCRIPTION

  • As part of the TMV Competence Center team, lead the entire TMV Capital group's IT and business systems implementation projects and programs - Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, Payroll, HR management (HRIS) and other systems.
  • Define project goals, scope and implementation plans, ensuring their compliance with the group's strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate interrelated projects (if the program is managed), manage their dependencies, priorities and overall results.
  • Plan and manage project budgets, resources, deadlines and quality.
  • Identify, assess and manage risks and problems, make decisions or initiate their escalation.
  • Gather project teams and ensure smooth cooperation between IT, business and other divisions of the group.
  • Coordinate the activities of external suppliers and partners, control the implementation of contractual obligations.
  • Adjust the expectations of stakeholders, ensure clear communication and timely decisions.
  • Provide management with information on project progress, budgets, risks, forecasts and results, assess the generated business benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, relevance of documentation and proper project closure, improve project management practices.
  • Mentor project managers and team members, share experience and strengthen project management competencies.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • Higher education in management, information technology or a related field or relevant competencies acquired through retraining.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT systems analysis or architecture.
  • At least 1 year of experience in leading a team.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or other relevant project management certification.
  • Practical experience in successfully implementing projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in contracting and managing external suppliers.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, build a team, resolve conflicts and build trust.
  • Analytical and critical thinking, independence and the ability to make informed decisions in the face of change, uncertainty and pressure.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, both orally and in writing; English – at least B2 level.

YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE THESE COMPETENCES

  • Experience in managing ERP system implementation projects.
  • Experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Experience in working with company boards.
