Nature of work
Proactive presentation of Union financing products to business clients;
Visits to business clients;
Analysis of business clients' needs, assessment of risks and financing opportunities of their ongoing projects;
Determination of acceptable risk and provision of conclusions on project implementation, financial profitability and its compliance with legal acts and internal procedures regulating lending activities;
Preparation of credit documents related to financing decisions and presentation of financing proposals to decision-making bodies;
Documentation, analysis and systematization of credit projects.

Requirements
Higher education or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in a financial institution (working with business clients and financing)
Knowledge of business lending principles and financial analysis of companies
Ability to independently structure investment projects
Experience in financing real estate projects is an advantage
Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
Organizational skills and responsibility
Proactivity and customer orientation.
