We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a financial services company and work on corporate lending and financing projects. This is a position for a professional, analytical and proactive specialist who is able to independently manage investment projects, build long-term relationships with clients and contribute to the company's growth.
Nature of work
Presentation of financing products to business clients
Visits to clients and building long-term relationships
Analysis of client needs, project assessment
Structuring financing of investment projects
Risk assessment and analysis of financing opportunities
Preparation of conclusions on the payback and implementation of projects
Preparation of credit documents and presentation of proposals to decision-makers
Analysis and systematization of credit project documentation
Visits to clients and building long-term relationships
Analysis of client needs, project assessment

Risk assessment and analysis of financing opportunities
Preparation of conclusions on the payback and implementation of projects
Preparation of credit documents and presentation of proposals to decision-makers

Requirements:
Higher education or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in a financial institution (working with business clients and financing)
Knowledge of business lending principles and financial analysis of companies
Ability to independently structure investment projects
Experience in financing real estate projects is an advantage
Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
Organizational skills and responsibility
Proactivity and customer orientation
