Male project manager

We are looking for a colleague who:

• successfully manages assigned projects and teams to ensure the implementation of set goals;
• controls budgets, deadlines and scope in order to create a high-quality product;
• applies good project management practices (PMBOK/SCRUM/AGILE) taking into account the nature and situation of the projects and provides suggestions for their improvement;
• demonstrates leadership in creating a positive, trust-based culture of cooperation to achieve maximum involvement of team members;
• sets priorities by focusing on the most important project activities;
• tracks the progress of project milestones and deliverables and prepares regular reports;
• initiates changes to the company's internal processes, methodologies and documents, provides suggestions for their improvement;
• perform the role of manager and (or) owner of the processes assigned to the department.

In this position, we need:

• higher education or equivalent;
• at least 2 years of professional work experience in project management and governance: experience in project planning, management, implementation, control and closure;
• practical experience in project/change management;
• knowledge of information technology management standards, methodologies, best practices (Agile, ITIL, etc.) and tools (JIRA, Confluence) and experience in their practical application;
• ability and experience to moderate discussions, training sessions;
• excellent ability to fluently and correctly present thoughts in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing, and proficiency in English;
• strategic thinking, responsibility, initiative, results orientation, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and professional reputation.

Salary:

• 3,440 - 5,160 Eur/month. excluding taxes. The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
