Your responsibilities:
Sales promotion groups, marketing campaign management:
- Organize and coordinate the implementation of advertising campaigns in the Baltic States as planned in the marketing plan - from the creation of a tactical plan to the analysis of results.
- Prepare and coordinate tactical plans for campaigns with the direct manager and other departments.
- Evaluate and select advertising channel proposals.
- Plan and control the campaign budget, ensure the achievement of set goals and KPIs.
- Analyze campaign results using analytical tools (e.g., Power BI), provide suggestions for increasing efficiency.
- Prepare campaign reports for management, present results and recommendations.
- Monitor the competitive environment and, taking into account market changes, adjust tactical plans.
- Ensure compliance of advertising activities with applicable legal acts.

- You have experience in marketing, communication or project management.
- You are able to independently plan and coordinate the implementation of several projects at the same time.
- You have experience working with budgets, performance analysis and KPI management.
- You know how to use analytical tools (Power BI or similar).
- You are able to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- You are distinguished by organization, initiative and result orientation.
