We are looking for a responsible and motivated person who would coordinate the processes of collecting and sending goods and help ensure that customers receive correct, high-quality and timely prepared goods.

Main responsibilities:

Organizing and managing the collection of goods
Organizing the work of warehouse employees: task distribution, control, motivation
Inspecting collected goods before loading, quality assurance
Organizing loading work: managing the loading of goods into transport or releasing them
Ensuring the warehouse workflow according to established deadlines and standards
Coordinating and performing physical warehouse work (collecting, loading, unloading as necessary)
Ensuring occupational safety requirements and maintaining warehouse order
Solving everyday challenges together with the team

Ability to organize work, distribute tasks and ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Responsibility and honesty in performing assigned tasks
Team spirit, ability to cooperate and create a positive work atmosphere
Motivation to achieve good results and contribute to the success of the team
Orientation towards the implementation of goals and ability to work according to established indicators (KPI)
Understanding the importance of occupational safety and a responsible approach to ensuring it
Ability to maintain high team motivation and morale when solving daily challenges
