You will be responsible for:
- Daily organization of warehouse workers' work, distribution of tasks and control of their execution.
- Supervision of the process of collecting and packing orders, ensuring that they are carried out on time and in the established sequence.
- Organization of unloading of arriving trucks and coordination of work.
- Coordination of handling of returned goods and supervision of packaging material residues.
- Search for goods and pallets in the warehouse, clarification and resolution of discrepancies of missing or damaged parts.
- Constant cooperation with sales managers and the warehouse team, coordinating order priorities and resolving issues.
- Control of internal order execution.
- Work in the "Recar" system, data accuracy and filling in warehouse performance indicator (KPI) tables.
We hope you:
- Have experience working in a warehouse and understand the processes of receiving, storing, assembling and sending goods.
- Able to distribute work, clearly delegate tasks and ensure their completion.
- Able to set priorities and make decisions when the workflow changes.
- You are attentive to details, responsible and consistently solve problems that arise.
- Able to communicate constructively with the team and other departments.
- Have experience with warehouse accounting systems and basic Excel skills.
