Your main tasks:
- Planning, coordinating, motivating and controlling the work of subordinate warehouse employees;
- Selection, induction, assessment and support of new employees;
- Effective organization and supervision of warehouse logistics processes;
- Cooperation with colleagues from other departments, ensuring smooth warehouse operations;
- Working with logistics management systems and computer equipment;
- Active participation in warehouse activities - both in administrative tasks and in the warehouse itself;
- Control of compliance with order and occupational safety requirements in the warehouse;
- Receiving goods, checking quantity and quality, their inventory.
SCHEDULE:
- 5 working days per week.
- Saturday is always a day off, the next day off - during the week.
- Working hours: from 21:00 to 06:00.
We expect you to:
- At least 1 year of managerial experience in a warehouse;
- Ability to effectively plan and organize your own and your team's work;
- Good computer skills (especially MS Excel);
- Leadership skills, responsibility, determination;
- Orientation not only to processes, but also to the team.
