Mr. warehousekeeper

We offer a job for a CHIEF WAREHOUSE MANAGER, who will be responsible for the efficiency of the warehouse operations, the receipt, distribution, storage and return of goods, ensuring the smooth execution of processes and compliance with safety standards. The main task is to lead the warehouse team of loaders-packers, coordinate daily activities and ensure the accuracy of goods accounting. Also, as needed, work with a forklift, assisting colleagues in daily work when unloading and loading wood products.

Main tasks:

Distribution of work to warehouse employees and their supervision.
Receiving, verifying and recording goods in the accounting program.
Coordinate the process from order acceptance, assembly to loading.
Issuing and cutting goods, if necessary, according to customer orders.
If necessary, unloads and loads goods into a car (with a forklift or by hand).
Control and inventory of warehouse balances, resolution of discrepancies.
Resorting and writing off damaged goods.
Daily maintenance of forklifts and equipment.
Fulfilling orders for fasteners, tools, oil and other goods.
Receiving, verifying and accounting for returned goods in the accounting system.
Maintaining safety and order in the warehouse premises.
1-2 times a month - work on Saturdays (until 2 pm).

Experience in warehouse operations.
Ability to work with warehouse accounting systems.
Organizational and leadership skills.
Responsibility, diligence and problem-solving skills.
Similar work experience in retail is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Excel.
