IN THIS POSITION YOU:
· You will organize and supervise the processes of receiving, storing and issuing goods.
· You will sort, store, pack and label goods.
· You will collect and issue materials for production and ensure timely execution of orders.
· You will maintain warehouse accounting, prepare waybills and other documents related to the movement of goods.
· You will receive goods, check transport documents and ensure their accurate accounting.
· You will work with internal systems and warehouse equipment.
· You will ensure warehouse order, safe storage of goods and compliance with storage conditions.
· You will coordinate daily warehouse activities and promptly resolve emerging issues within the limits of your responsibility.
· You will ensure the continuity of warehouse activities by replacing the warehouse manager in his absence.
· Analyze warehouse processes, identify areas for improvement and provide suggestions for improving operations.
· Participate in inventories.
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
· At least 2 years of work experience in the field of warehouse, logistics or production.
· Ability to make decisions independently and effectively solve everyday situations.
· Ability to organize work and coordinate activities.
· Good computer skills (MS Excel, work with accounting systems).
· Initiative, responsibility and result orientation.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
WE WILL CONSIDER AS AN ADVANTAGE:
· Work experience with the accounting program "Rivile".
· Experience in the field of organizing warehouse activities or coordinating a team.
· Work experience with a forklift / electric forklift.
· Experience in a manufacturing company.

Salary:

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position ranges from 14 Eur/h to 16 Eur/h (2352 Eur – 2688 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence, with the possibility of receiving bonuses.
The employment contract indicates a fixed hourly salary excluding taxes.
