Senior Systems Analyst (Population Registry)

We are looking for a colleague who:

• conduct requirements formulation sessions using Design Thinking, 5 Why and other analytical practices to accurately identify the problem, user needs and business goals;
• develop a solution vision, defining the context of change, purpose, stakeholders, cross-system influences and high-level process changes;
• develop a context diagram, which clearly defines the place of the system or function in the wider information systems environment;
• describe critical quantitative and qualitative parameters, such as loads, data volumes, number of users, response time, integration frequency or other factors that may determine architectural decisions;
• create sequence diagrams, process flow diagrams, action algorithms and scenarios that are used to define the solution in detail;
• describe data structures, fields, their relationships and context of use;
• develop clear, consistent and implementable user stories and related acceptance criteria.

In this position, we are interested in:

• higher education or equivalent;
• at least 3 years of work experience related to the development or design of information systems;
• knowledge of business processes and IS management principles, ability to identify and formalize requirements for system functionalities;
• ability to model IS, familiarity with modern IS development technological and architectural solutions, ability to apply them in practice;
• ability to express thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian (written and oral), proficiency in English at B1 level;
• compliance with the requirements established in the Law on the Protection of Objects Important for Ensuring National Security of the Republic of Lithuania;
• responsibility, initiative, results orientation and ability to cooperate.

Salary:

• 3,086 - 4,630 Eur/month. excluding taxes. The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
