Main responsibilities:
- Organize and conduct inventories in trains and warehouses
- Prepare inventory documentation and ensure its timely submission
- Analyze inventory results, prepare conclusions and make proposals for process improvement
- Work with accounting and ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and quality
- Perform inventory control and analysis
- Cooperate with other company departments in solving accounting and inventory management issues
- Participate in the development, implementation and improvement of business processes and digital solutions
What do we expect?
- Higher or higher education
- Work experience in accounting, inventory management, inventory administration or process analysis
- Work experience with ERP systems, SAP S/4HANA (would be an advantage)
- Analytical thinking, results orientation, ability to work in a dynamic environment and achieve set goals
- Ability to apply artificial intelligence solutions by analyzing data, preparing reports and identifying process improvement opportunities
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with stakeholders
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office), especially MS Excel knowledge and skills
