ABOUT THE POSITION

This is an opportunity to join an already established Talent Acquisition team, which acts as an internal partner for the entire group of companies. We work with different businesses and managers of the group throughout Lithuania, so the selection spectrum is wide - from specialists and niche experts to managers of different levels.

We are looking for someone who is able to independently manage the selection from the clarification of the need to the final selection of the candidate, actively work with the market and be an equal partner for hiring managers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • You will independently manage the full selection process - from the clarification of the need with the hiring manager to the stage of the selected candidate's offer;
  • You will form a specific selection strategy, evaluate the candidate market and choose the most appropriate search channels;
  • Actively search for candidates, including direct candidate search;
  • You will conduct job interviews, assess candidates' experience, competencies, motivation and suitability for the position;
  • You will ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience throughout the selection process;
  • You will develop and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates and talent communities;
  • You will manage candidate information, talent pool and selection process in the Teamtailor system;
  • You will work closely with managers of different group companies, consulting them on candidate market, selection strategy and candidate assessment issues;
  • You will help managers strengthen selection competencies and make informed decisions when choosing people for the team.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • At least 4 years of independent experience in employee selection;
  • Experience in managing the entire selection process from start to finish;
  • Good knowledge of direct candidate search methods and tools;
  • Ability to find and attract candidates for complex or niche positions;
  • Ability to analyze the candidate market and change the search strategy according to the situation;
  • Ability to professionally assess candidates and present your recommendation to the hiring manager in a reasoned manner;
  • Ability to identify selection risks early and take specific actions to manage them;
  • Strong communication and partnership skills when working with managers at different levels;
  • Excellent oral and written Lithuanian and English language skills.

  • Able to independently plan your work, prioritize and meet agreed deadlines;
  • Take responsibility for the outcome of your selections and do not wait for someone else to solve the problem;
  • You are able to argue your opinion, base it on market information and candidate assessment;
  • You are solution-oriented and able to react quickly when the selection is not going according to plan;
  • You are able to work in a team, share information and contribute to the overall result of the Talent Acquisition team.
