- Supervision of the smooth operation of pleasure boats, assembly line employees (15 people);
- Distribution of tasks to the team;
- Timely identification of problems in the production line and finding ways to solve them;
- Defect prevention and identification of causes;
- Promptly resolve non-standard situations arising in the technological process;
- Ensuring the effective use of materials;
- Working with the production program, planning materials.
Employee requirements
- Work experience in a manufacturing company;
- Work experience of a similar nature;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Quick orientation;
- Ability to effectively solve problems.
