Autobrava Motors is the official representative of Suzuki, Ducati and Italjet in Vilnius, which also represents the MG car brand. We strive to create an exceptional experience and ensure the highest level of customer service. We are currently inviting Vyr. technician who would ensure the technical quality of the service, coordinate the diagnostics of complex faults, monitor compliance with the manufacturer's technical requirements and help the team of mechanics make informed technical decisions.

This is a position for someone who is well versed in automotive diagnostics, repair processes, is able to analyze complex faults and wants to contribute to ensuring high service quality.

You will be responsible for:

• Maintenance of the technical quality of the service and compliance of repair work with the manufacturer's technologies;
• Coordination of the diagnostics of complex, recurring or unclear faults;
• Providing technical assistance to mechanics and service recipients;
• Analysis of diagnostic results, error codes, measurement data and technical documentation;
• Technical justification and documentation of warranty cases;
• Analysis of the reasons for repeated repairs, customer technical claims and poor-quality work;
• Monitoring of manufacturer's technical information, repair instructions, technical bulletins and service campaigns;
• Strengthening the technical competencies of mechanics, identifying training needs and assisting in improving the quality of work;
• Providing suggestions for improving equipment, tools, processes and work quality.

We expect from the candidate:

• You have at least 3-5 years of work experience in a car service;
• You have a good knowledge of car structure, diagnostics, repair technologies and maintenance processes;
• You are able to read electrical diagrams, technical instructions, repair procedures and technical bulletins;
• You understand the use of diagnostic equipment and manufacturer's technical systems;
• You are able to analyze complex and recurring failures;
• You have an understanding of the technical justification and documentation of warranty work;
• You have good computer skills;
• You speak English well enough to be able to read technical information;
• You have a category B driver's license.

Salary: 2638 - 3305 eur/month. excluding taxes. The salary consists of a fixed base part and a variable part, directly dependent on the results.
