- Planning and organizing team work, its formation, development, motivation;
- Searching for and implementing new technical means and more efficient technologies in production processes;
- Implementation and monitoring of technological processes, launching new products into production, control and analysis of raw material costs, monitoring, analysis of technological indicators, preparation of reports;
- Analysis of specifications, product requirements, implementation of updates in production, preparation and verification of necessary documentation;
- Drawing of production products, preparation of technological documentation;
- Implementation of LEAN methods.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education (in the fields of Manufacturing / Construction / Engineering);
- Similar work experience in a manufacturing company;
- Deep knowledge of process development, improvement and management;
- Very good knowledge of English and Lithuanian;
- Skills in working with SolidWorks, AutoCad, MS Microsoft Excel, MS Dynamics AX;
- Analytical thinking, independence, initiative, responsibility, diligence;
