We are looking for a Chief Technologist who will contribute to the management of production technological processes, team development and efficiency improvement.
Your responsibilities
- Planning and organizing the work of the team, its formation, development and motivation;
- Search and implementation of new technical means and more efficient technologies in production processes;
- Implementation and supervision of the technological process, launching new products into production, control and analysis of raw material costs, monitoring, analysis and preparation of reports on technological indicators;
- Analysis of specifications and product requirements, implementation of updates in production, preparation and verification of necessary documentation;
- Drawing of manufactured products, preparation of technological documentation;
- Implementation of LEAN methods.
What do we expect from you
- Higher or higher education in the fields of manufacturing, construction or engineering;
- Similar work experience in a manufacturing company;
- Deep knowledge of process development, improvement and management;
- Very good knowledge of English and Lithuanian;
- Skills in working with SolidWorks, AutoCad, MS Microsoft Excel, MS Dynamics AX;
- Analytical thinking, independence, initiative, responsibility and diligence.
