Today, we invite a motivated and responsible Senior Lawyer in the field of labor law to the Artea Bankas team, who would become the main legal advisor and partner of the Bank’s colleagues in resolving human resources management issues. In this position, you will be responsible for managing legal risks of employment relationships, consulting when making decisions related to employees, preventing and managing labor disputes, preparing and coordinating internal documents regulating personnel management. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to resolving other legal issues of the Bank’s activities and broader initiatives of the Legal Department.

Every day you will be #closer and:

• You will be the main legal advisor to the Bank’s management, the Personnel Department and other colleagues in resolving personnel management issues.
• You will assess the legal risks of decisions made, internal documents, and agreements concluded related to employees and propose appropriate solutions.
• I will consult on issues of remuneration and incentive systems, including the implementation of remuneration regulation requirements applicable to the financial sector.
• I have participated in organizational change, transformation, and efficiency improvement projects, ensuring management of labor law aspects.
• I will coordinate the prevention and management of labor disputes, cooperating with external legal advisors if necessary.
• You will monitor changes in the Labor Code, case law, and other regulatory requirements and ensure their timely transfer to organizational processes and internal documents.
• According to your competence, you will contribute to the resolution of other legal issues of the Bank's activities, including commercial contracts, internal processes, and organization of activities.
• You will strengthen the organization's labor law competencies by organizing training, consulting and sharing good practices.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher legal education.
• At least 5 years of legal work experience, of which at least 3 years of experience in the field of labor law. We will consider experience in a large organization, the financial sector or other areas of business law an advantage.
• Knowledge of labor law regulation and practice and the ability to apply it in practice.
• Ability to combine legal requirements with business needs, orientation towards the search for value-creating solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently make decisions and take responsibility for the supervised area.

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies, therefore we only indicate the possible range: from 3400.00 to 6000.00 EUR excluding taxes.
