NATURE OF WORK:
- You will prepare, analyze, coordinate and administer contracts, agreements and other legal documents in Lithuanian and English
- You will consult management and colleagues on commercial, civil, labor, corporate and other business-related legal issues
- You will assess the legal risks of business decisions and provide practical recommendations for their management
- You will prepare claims, responses to clients, partners and state institutions, coordinate judicial and pre-trial dispute processes
- You will represent the interests of the group of companies and cooperate with external legal consultants in Lithuania and abroad
- You will prepare, improve and monitor internal procedures, procedures and other internal documents
- You will analyze the legal regulations of foreign countries related to the projects carried out by the group of companies
- You will monitor changes in legal acts, ensure their implementation and initiate necessary changes to organizational processes
- You will contribute to the improvement of the organization's activities, help create clear, effective and legally secure business processes
WE HOPE THAT:
- You have a university degree in law
- You have accumulated at least 3 years of legal work experience in a business environment
- You have excellent knowledge of contract, commercial, civil and labor law
- You are able to make decisions independently, assess risks in a reasoned manner and take responsibility
- You are focused on solutions, not problems
- You are able to communicate clearly with both management and specialists in different fields
- You have very good knowledge of English (written and oral)
- You are distinguished by analytical thinking, diligence, initiative and high standards of professional ethics
