We are looking for a colleague who:

advise on public procurement (mainly – execution of public procurement contracts), asset management, labor relations, drafting of legal acts, other legal issues of the company's activities, as well as other issues of the application of law;
prepare legal conclusions on public procurement (mainly – execution of public procurement contracts), asset management, labor relations, other legal issues of the company's activities, as well as other issues of the application of law;
coordinate drafts of letters, responses, claims, other documents prepared by structural units on public procurement (mainly – execution of public procurement contracts), asset management, labor relations and other issues of the company's activities, and provide comments and (or) proposals;
prepare drafts of laws, resolutions, orders and other legal acts, using structural units responsible for a specific area of activity;
assess the compliance of legal acts and drafts submitted by structural units with the applicable legal acts and provide comments and/or proposals;
participate in standardization procedures for documents, contracts and procedures.

For this position, we need:

higher university degree in the field of social sciences in the field of law (bachelor's and master's degree or integrated master's degree);
at least 4 years of legal work experience;
knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union necessary to properly perform the functions assigned to this position;
proficiency in English at level B1;
excellent ability to express thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian, both written and oral;
ability to work with Microsoft Office software and knowledge of information systems necessary to properly perform the functions assigned to this position;

Salary:

2,480 - 3,720 Eur/month. excluding taxes. The exact amount of salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
