We invite you to join the RNDV Solutions team an experienced senior lawyer who will become an important partner in the implementation of complex construction projects. In this position, you will work with general contracting and subcontracting agreements, real estate development projects, manage legal risks, provide business consulting and contribute to the improvement of legal processes and good practices in the organization.

WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Independently prepare and review general contracting and subcontracting agreements for projects implemented in Lithuania
- Assess and manage legal issues regarding newly constructed real estate objects
- Consult and provide legal assistance in cooperation with the State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate, the Construction Sector Development Agency and other institutions - consult on public procurement issues
- Manage claims and disputes, forming a dispute resolution strategy and preparing pre-trial documents, coordinating the work of external lawyers
- Participate in internal project audits and provide recommendations that help reduce potential risks, taking into account audit results, legal requirements and contract terms
- Apply some of the most advanced AI tools in the legal field on the market in the work process

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Higher university education
- At least 5 years of legal work experience, of which a significant part would be accumulated in the fields of general contracting and construction law
- Knowledge of the legal acts regulating Lithuanian construction and general contracting relations and the ability to apply them in practice
- Practical experience in cooperating with the Construction Inspectorate and the State Construction and General Contracting Authority, preparing documents for them and representing the interests of the company
- Ability to independently resolve complex legal issues, identify risks and propose clear and practically implementable solutions
- Experience in conducting negotiations and managing disputes in the field of contracting and construction law
- Good knowledge of the legal acts regulating public procurement and practical experience in resolving public procurement issues from the perspective of the participant
- Responsibility, initiative, result orientation and the ability to successfully operate in a dynamic business environment
