Your main responsibilities will be:
- Consult managers on business, commercial, contract and labor law issues;
- Prepare, review and coordinate contracts, agreements and other legal documents;
- Participate in negotiations with partners, clients and suppliers;
- Assess legal risks and provide practical solutions for business;
- Cooperate with external legal consultants in Lithuania and abroad;
- Monitor changes in legal acts and ensure their application in the company's activities.
To succeed in this position you will need:
- University law degree;
- At least 3-5 years of legal work experience;
- Experience in commercial and contract law;
- Good oral and written English;
- Ability to independently plan work and make decisions;
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills;
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation;
- Ability to understand business needs and offer practical solutions.
