CHIEF LAWYER (PPP PROJECT CONTRACTS)

We will entrust you with:

• prepare, coordinate and legally assess public-private partnership (PPP) projects and other contracts concluded by the Company, procurement documents and their amendments,
• provide legal advice on PPP project structuring, public procurement procedures, contract execution, amendment, termination and contractual liability,
• assess and manage legal and contractual risk factors of PPP projects and other contracts, in cooperation with project, finance and technical teams,
• represent the Company in negotiations with private partners, financiers, contractors, consultants and public institutions,
• examine complaints, statements, inquiries and claims arising from public procurement procedures, PPP and other contracts, prepare reasoned legal responses,
• prepare and present methodological and practical material on the application of PPP and other contracts, risk allocation and good practice.

It would be great if you:

• have a higher university education in the field of law (have a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws qualification degrees or a comprehensive university law degree (equivalent to a Master of Laws qualification degree),
• have at least 3 years of legal work experience in the field of contract law, an advantage is experience with PPP, concessions or large-scale infrastructure projects,
• are able to independently plan activities in assigned areas, set priorities and achieve results,
• know the rules for drafting contracts and documents,
• have analytical thinking, are an attentive, responsible and proactive person,
• are able to clearly and logically present your thoughts in Lithuanian, have good English language skills.

3650-4430 €/mon. gross
A specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. You will additionally earn a variable part of the annual remuneration, depending on the performance of you and the Company.
