CHIEF LAWYER (CONTRACT LAW)

We will entrust you with:

• to prepare and coordinate drafts of public procurement contracts, service provision and other contracts, to review standard contract provisions,
• to provide legal advice on the implementation of public procurement procedures, the execution, termination, amendment, (non)application of contractual liability and other contract law issues,
• to assess possible legal risks of the company's activities and propose measures to manage them,
• to represent the Company in relations/negotiations with contractors, designers and other suppliers,
• to examine complaints, statements, inquiries, claims of interested parties arising from contracts and public procurement procedures, to prepare reasoned responses to their applicants,
• to prepare and present methodological material on the practical application of the provisions of contracts, design and other contracts.

It would be great if you:

• have a higher university education in the field of law (have a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws qualification degrees or a comprehensive university degree in law (equivalent to a Master of Laws qualification degree),
• have at least 3 years of legal work experience in the field of contract and other contract law; work with public procurement would be an advantage,
• are able to independently plan activities in assigned areas, set priorities and achieve results,
• know the rules for preparing contracts and documents,
• have analytical thinking, are an attentive, responsible and proactive person,
• are able to clearly and logically present your thoughts in Lithuanian, have good English language skills.

3000-4000 €/mon. gross
A specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence. Additionally, a variable part of the annual remuneration depends on your and the Company's performance.
