Nature of work
- Ensure timely and strategic supply.
- Manage the supply team and ensure efficient work processes.
- Ensure adherence to the supply budget.
- Propose proposals for new procurement opportunities and risk management.
- Account for the achievement of KPIs.
- Collaborate with other departments (analytics, sales, production, transport).
Requirements
- Higher education (preferably in the field of logistics, supply chain, management).
- Experience in the field of auto parts or automotive technology is an advantage
- Good negotiation skills, analytical thinking and ability to work with data.
- Ability to organize and coordinate work, adhering to established processes and deadlines
- Experience working with procurement planning, reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ability to cooperate with different departments and coordinate the activities of subordinate employees
- English language proficiency at least B2 level, required for work with foreign suppliers
