Nature of work

  • Organize and coordinate the work of the team of trainers.
  • Ensure compliance with the quality standards of lessons, training and customer service.
  • Monitor the work of trainers, provide feedback and initiate the improvement of their competencies.
  • Coordinate the processes of organizing lessons, training and groups and
solve emerging issues.
  • Analyze the results of the team's activities and initiate the necessary changes.
  • Cooperate with the team in developing services and improving the customer experience.

Working hours: Mon-Fri from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Employee requirements

  • Coaching experience and relevant education in sports, coaching or
related field.
  • Ability to mobilize, motivate and develop a team.
  • Initiative, organization and independence.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to base decisions on data.
  • Knowledge of the swimming field.
  • Good Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, give constructive feedback and make
decisions.

Advantage - leadership or coaching coordination experience, experience working with
different training directions and developing and implementing work standards.
