MANAGER II IN THE CONTACT CENTER TEAM

We are currently looking for a new team member in the contact center in Šiauliai. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving indicators and processes, strengthening managers' competencies, communicating with customers by phone, making proposals and creating a positive customer experience. You will contribute to the creation of a safe and green energy ecosystem:

• Serving customers through various channels, ensuring high quality customer experience and contributing to sales results;
• Helping to solve complex customer situations and ensuring professional problem solving;
• Analyzing performance, quality and sales indicators, identifying areas for improvement and initiating performance improvement solutions;
• Being the main expert in the team, consulting, developing and supporting team members, contributing to the adaptation and growth of new employees' competencies;
• Collaborate with the team leader in organizing activities, participating in process, system and customer service improvement initiatives.

Work is organized during contact center working hours (Monday–Friday 8:00–20:00, Friday 9:00–17:00, Saturday closed). Working hours are organized using aggregated time accounting.

• Experience in customer service and/or sales;
• Ability to professionally resolve complex customer situations and make independent decisions;
• Orientation towards results, quality and excellent customer experience;
• Ability to analyze data, identify problems and propose solutions for improving performance;
• Ability to consult, train and inspire colleagues to share good practices;
• Ability to easily adapt to changes, new processes and systems and actively contribute to their improvement;
• Good computer skills (MS Office);
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (verbal and written).

An advantage would be:

• Experience in a contact center;
• Knowledge of foreign languages.

The salary for this position is from 10.31 to 15.46 EUR/hour (~1720 – 2580 EUR/month) excluding taxes. The salary depends on the candidate’s work experience and competencies. The position is subject to cumulative working time accounting.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 1,720 to 2,580 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
