CHIEF MANAGER, CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT

We are currently looking for a new team member in the Private Client Service Department. In this position, you will be responsible for serving customers and contractors, organizing and improving processes, contributing to the development of new services and team development. You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• When organizing customer and contractor service, you will look for opportunities to improve their quality and efficiency, provide insights and suggestions;
• When collaborating with colleagues and other teams, you will look for solutions and contribute to the smooth service of customers and contractors;
• When solving complex and non-standard customer and contractor situations, you will look for the most appropriate solutions and prepare responses to inquiries, requests and complaints;
• You will analyze, evaluate service results and provide insights for performance improvement;
• You will contribute to the improvement of processes and customer and contractor service by initiating proposals.

• Higher university education;
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service;
• Strong customer orientation, ability to solve problems and make suggestions;
• Orientation towards initiating and managing changes;
• Good communication skills, analytical thinking and ability to manage large amounts of information;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage stressful situations;
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (written and spoken).

An advantage would be:

• Understanding of artificial intelligence solutions and their application;
• Driver's license;
• English language skills (written and spoken).

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,290 to EUR 3,430 (before tax). A specific salary is offered based on experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
