Waiting for you:

  • Compliance monitoring: you will assess how LCKU complies with legal acts, Bank of Lithuania requirements, internal policies and procedures, identify potential non-compliances and risks
  • Planning and execution of internal audits: you will plan and execute internal audits, identify risks and provide reasoned proposals for improving processes and internal control
  • Assessment of internal control and risk management systems: you will assess the effectiveness of internal control and risk management processes, provide recommendations for their strengthening and monitor their implementation
  • Audit results: you will prepare audit reports, formulate conclusions and recommendations, present them to heads of departments and management
  • Strengthening audit methodologies and competencies: you will contribute to the development or improvement of audit methodologies, consult LCKU employees on internal control and risk management issues and share your expert knowledge during training

We hope that:

  • Have a higher education in economics, finance, audit and accounting, business management or a related field
  • Have 4+ years of work experience in external or internal audit, risk management or internal control (experience in a financial institution is an advantage)
  • You are familiar with the Global Internal Audit Standards, are familiar with good audit, risk management or internal control practices
  • You are able to analyze and systematize information, prepare conclusions and effectively plan your work
  • You are characterized by strategic thinking, are proactive and have good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • You are able to use English in practice when reading and analyzing work-related information
