We will entrust you with the following responsibilities:
- to conduct internal audits and internal audit-related activities in the Bank;
- to identify areas for improvement in internal audit processes and provide recommendations and proposals for improving activities;
- to prepare and participate in the preparation of internal legal acts in the field of activity of the department;
- to advise the Bank's departments on issues of organization, improvement of internal control processes, and risk management.
We need you if you:
- you have a higher university education (law, management and administration, economics);
- you have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of internal audit, internal control, risk management or compliance function. We would consider work experience in a financial institution as a great advantage;
- you have a certificate confirming the qualification of an internal auditor (advantage);
- you are familiar with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating internal audit and risk management;
- you are familiar with the Global Internal Auditing Standards and are able to apply them in practice (advantage);
- you have good command of English (written and spoken);
- you have excellent analytical, critical thinking, communication, independent work and teamwork skills.

- salary from 3200 to 4200 EUR (excluding taxes). A variable part of the remuneration is also possible, which is allocated based on work results;
