Organizing the work of chefs, involvement in the selection of new employees, induction into positions and other processes of work with the team.
Working in a team with the chef, participating in the creation of new dishes, menu updates, etc.

Chef, head chef work experience in a restaurant
Ability to work in a team, distribute tasks, cooperate and ensure high quality of dishes
Responsible attitude towards food quality, ensuring hygiene and standards, demanding of oneself and others, diligence, desire to improve and create a work environment in which everyone improves.
