Nature of work
The Sous Chef at Casa della Pasta is responsible for organizing the kitchen work together with the head chef, supervising the preparation of hot and cold dishes according to established recipes and standards. He ensures high food quality, proper product storage, portion control and cleanliness in the workplace.
The Sous Chef coordinates the work of the kitchen team during the shift, helps train new employees, controls compliance with technological processes and ensures compliance with hygiene and food safety requirements. He also actively participates in the preparation of dishes and ensures smooth kitchen work even during times of high occupancy.

Requirements:
The Sous Chef is responsible for the high-quality organization and supervision of the food preparation process, in accordance with established recipes and production standards, ensuring taste, visual presentation and freshness requirements. His duties include controlling the preparation of workplaces, constant monitoring of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the production process.
He is also responsible for controlling the use of raw materials, rational work planning, monitoring product residues and contributing to order planning. The Sous Chef ensures smooth cooperation between kitchen staff, maintains discipline and a positive work atmosphere.
An important duty is to be able to work quickly and efficiently during high workloads, make decisions in stressful situations and maintain high quality of dishes. The Sous Chef must be proactive, responsible, able to independently make decisions, solve problems and cooperate with the head chef and the entire team. Lithuanian language is required, and at least 2 years of experience.
