- Create and improve menus taking into account market changes;
- Create menus for events and parties;
- Create costing and technological cards;
- Responsibility for kitchen work and kitchen staff;
- Organize kitchen staff work;
- Search and select suppliers;
- Order goods and control delivery times;
- Maintain kitchen equipment.

- Experience as a professional chef;
- Ability to organize work independently;
