We are looking for an experienced, responsible and creative head chef who will ensure the smooth operation of the hotel restaurant kitchen, the highest quality of dishes and customer satisfaction.

Primary responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate daily kitchen work.
  • Lead the kitchen team, plan work and distribute tasks.
  • Ensure high quality of dishes and their presentation standards.
  • Control the ordering, acceptance and rational use of products.
  • Control food cost and leftovers.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety (GHPT) and SFVT requirements.
  • Organize inventories and maintain technological cards.

What to expect:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a head chef or kitchen manager.
  • You have acquired knowledge of food production technologies and food safety.
  • You are able to organize teamwork and motivate colleagues.
  • You are responsible, organized and quality-oriented.
  • You are able to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions.
