About us:
For the restaurant of a small, boutique-style hotel Ratonda Centrum Hotels, we are looking for a strong, organized and responsible head chef who would not only coordinate the kitchen work, but also actively work together with the team in the kitchen.
This is not a classic chef position with creating an a la carte menu or working in the evenings. Our restaurant works in the breakfast and lunch format and serves groups and events in the hotel.
We are looking for someone who would be able to ensure smooth kitchen work, maintain order and quality, and work on the production and delivery of hot or cold dishes.

What will need to be done?
✔ Organize daily kitchen work;
✔ Coordinate the work of the kitchen team;
✔ Work together with the team in production and food delivery;
✔ Prepare and deliver hot and cold dishes;
✔ Ensure the smooth running of breakfast, lunch and event catering;
✔ Monitor food quality and hygiene standards;
✔ Plan production, product leftovers and orders;
✔ Help maintain an orderly, professional work rhythm in the kitchen.
✔ Coordinate the work of the kitchen team;
✔ Work together with the team in production and food delivery;
