About us:
Ratonda Centrum Hotels – a boutique style hotel in the center of Vilnius. Our restaurant is open only for breakfast and lunch: there are no evening shifts, weekends are free except in rare cases when the hotel hosts events; This is a rare opportunity to combine gastronomy with a normal rhythm of life.
We are looking for an experienced head chef who would not only organize the kitchen work, but would also actively work on hot and cold dishes himself.
Experience in leading a team is an advantage, but not a necessity.

What will need to be done?
✔ Organize daily kitchen work and coordinate a small team;
✔ Work in production yourself - prepare and serve hot and cold dishes;
✔ Ensure quality and hygiene standards;
✔ Plan production, product leftovers and orders.

✔ Work only Monday-Friday - weekends are usually free;
