- Salary 1600 - 2000 € (excluding taxes). Higher starting salary with similar work experience;
- Performance bonusesup to 120 € are paid every month (excluding taxes);
- Additional bonus for referring and employing a friendup to €250 (excluding taxes);
- Additional bonus for participating in the "Rimi Ambassadors" program – €85 (excluding taxes);
- Additional discount when shopping at Rimi stores
- Free lunches, healthy snacks and coffee breaks.
If You:
- You have experience as a chef and are well-versed in food production processes;
- You are able to organize work, distribute tasks and help the team;
- You are responsible, proactive and ready to replace the shift foreman;
- You are familiar with food safety, hygiene, quality and FIFO requirements.
We will entrust you with:
- Assist the shift foreman in organizing the daily work of the kitchen and the team;
- Train new employees and help them master the work processes;
- Supervise the production process, product quality and compliance with established requirements;
- Control the proper use of raw materials and compliance with the FIFO principle;
- Replacing the shift foreman, take over his main functions, including the formation of raw material orders;
- Help promptly resolve issues arising during production.
