Main responsibilities:
- Prepare and improve technical documentation for repairs in accordance with the established technological policy (job descriptions, technological process schedules, work instructions, lists of materials and spare parts)
- Ensure training of production and quality control departments in accordance with the prepared technical documentation and consult other departments on current technological issues
- Prepare technical specifications for the acquisition of goods/services and coordinate technical purchase conditions
- Search for alternative technological solutions and ensure compatibility of alternative offers with existing technological asset management systems
- Optimize the production technological process in order to increase the efficiency of technological operations
- Analyze information and provide proposals for improving the repair system based on the identified defects of unscheduled repairs of rolling stock
- Develop innovations, improvements in technical maintenance, production, modernization activities
- Develop and ensure innovative tools and digitalization solutions for technological information management
What we hope?
- Higher education in the field of technology and/or engineering sciences
- Work experience in the field of engineering
- Knowledge of transport repair principles and repair technology
- Ability to work with CAD programs (SolidWorks or Autocad)
- Knowledge of structural materials processing technologies, welding, metrology, materials
- Knowledge of legal acts, regulatory technical documents, standards, etc. approved by the Republic of Lithuania and the EU. knowledge of documents that regulate the requirements for rolling stock repairs, operation, production, certification or attestation
- Microsoft Office computer skills
- Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills
