Nature of work
- Customer management and communication support – active communication with existing customers, clarification of their needs, presentation of clinic services and subscriptions, assistance in planning further visits.
- Organization of repeat visits – calls to customers according to recorded reminders and doctors' recommendations, coordination of visits and monitoring of agreed actions.
- Supervision of the quality of work and service of administrators – coordination of daily tasks, assistance in more complex situations, monitoring the quality of communication in person, by phone and by e-mail, providing feedback.
- Meeting and registration of customers – attentive service in the clinic, registration by phone and by e-mail, coordination of specialists' schedules.
- Maintenance of customer data – accurate recording and updating of information, needs, agreements and reminders.
- Coordination of visits and procedures – cooperation with the medical team, transmission of information about preparation according to approved instructions.
- Daily administration – payment administration, working with the cash register, taking care of a tidy and customer-friendly environment, replacing administrators.
- Feedback and results – collecting customer feedback, resolving service issues, providing short reports to the clinic manager on customer management results and areas for improvement.
Employee requirements
- Experience in customer management, service or administration. Experience in a clinic is an advantage.
- Ability to actively maintain contact with customers and deliver services professionally.
- Ability to coordinate the work of colleagues, clearly agree on tasks and provide constructive feedback.
- Warm, empathetic and professional communication.
- Independence, responsibility, organization and attention to detail.
- Experience in handling customer data and good computer skills.
- Very good Lithuanian and good English.
- Interest in health, sports and longevity.
