Your main functions and responsibilities:
- Accurately and timely calculate employee wages, other benefits and remuneration for members of management bodies.
- Ensure compliance of payroll accounting processes with applicable legal acts and internal procedures of the company.
- Prepare payment orders to banks, ensure payment execution and submit related reports.
- Prepare and timely submit declarations and reports provided for in legal acts to the State Tax Inspectorate, "Sodra", the State Data Agency, the Ministry of Transport and Communications and other institutions.
- Prepare financial, management reports and analyses on the accounting of wages and other benefits related to employment relations for various institutions, management, auditors.
- Register assigned economic operations in the accounting program.
- Prepare certificates on wage income according to employee requests.
- Participate in the inventory of assets and liabilities.
It is important for us:
- at least 3 years of work experience in the field of accounting, payroll (an advantage is ProfitWeb payroll program);
- good computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.);
- excellent knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating labor, taxes, social insurance and accounting;
- education in accounting, finance, economics or another related field or university education, not related to the listed fields;
- diligence, responsibility, attention to detail;
- ability to independently organize one's work, ensure timely completion of tasks, ability to communicate and cooperate smoothly with colleagues and other departments, openness to streamlining and automating accounting processes.
