Nature of work
- ensure smooth and efficient organization of accounting processes and their control;
- ensure that accounting data always comply with the requirements of current accounting and tax legislation;
- initiate the improvement of accounting processes and procedures, adapting the best practices for optimizing, improving and automating accounting processes in the activity;
- participate in the implementation process of a new accounting and financial management information system, adapting the best current practices to future accounting processes;
- participate in the preparation of interim and annual financial statements (published publicly and on the Stock Exchange), management and other reports;
- control the correct calculation and declaration of taxes, the fulfillment of other tax obligations;
- prepare inquiries, letters to controlling and/or supervisory authorities on current tax and accounting issues;
- coordinate the audit process of annual financial statements.
Employee requirements
- you have a higher education in accounting or finance;
- you have accumulated work experience in the field of accounting and taxation;
- you are familiar with international accounting standards, international financial reporting standards, tax legislation and have the skills to apply them in practice;
- you are able to make decisions independently;
- you are able to consult on accounting and taxation issues;
- you have excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel (advanced user), etc.);
- you have excellent written and oral knowledge of Lithuanian and good English (level B);
- you are characterized by logical and analytical thinking;
- you are curious, responsible and meticulous;
- you have good communication and cooperation skills when working in a team.

Salary:
Monthly salary 3600 - 4000 EUR (excluding taxes) and financial incentives (additional remuneration, taking into account the company's and individual performance results). The specific salary is agreed with the candidate, taking into account his experience, competence and ability to independently achieve results.
