SENIOR ELECTRIC NETWORK DISPATCHER

We are currently looking for a new team member in the network management department. In this position, you will be responsible for the operational management of 0.4-110 kV power grid faults and planned work. Do you think we are on the right track? Then we are waiting for you in our team!

You will contribute to the creation of a safe and green energy ecosystem:

• Operationally managing the 0.4-110 kV power grid;
• Managing the elimination of faults in distribution network equipment;
• Performing planned disconnections in electrical equipment;
• Working in shifts (shift work and at night - we guarantee 1.5 times higher payment for shift work at night, and 2 times higher on holidays);
• Operationally managing the company's and contractor teams;
• Recording dispatch information, registering changes in the electricity network;
• Managing generating sources and controlling generation in the managed network.

• Higher (university/non-university) education in the field of electrical engineering;
• Knowledge of electrical devices, their structure and operating principles;
• Ability to make decisions in difficult situations;
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering;
• Ability to plan, organize, control work processes;
• Ability to coordinate actions of subordinate personnel;
• Responsibility, diligence, honesty, openness to changes, training.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,520 to EUR 3,780 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
