SENIOR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (FIXED-TERM EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT)

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Carrying out the financial month-end closing process, ensuring data accuracy, timely submission and preparation of reports;
• Analyzing and commenting on financial results, identifying deviations from the plan, providing insights to management;
• Organizing accounting data integration processes - ensuring smooth movement of data flows between systems, their quality and timely updating;
• Preparing budgets and financial plans (short-term and long-term), and ensuring high-quality preparation of financial and management reports, providing data-based proposals, analyzing indicators and contributing to strategic decision-making;
• Preparing pricing projects for regulated services and reports on regulated activities - ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Searching for solutions to increase operational efficiency and create value, initiating changes and controlling their implementation;
• Consulting employees on financial issues, ensuring smooth cooperation and knowledge dissemination within the organization.

• Higher education in finance, economics or accounting;
• At least 2 years of work experience in finance, planning, auditing or analytical work;
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and processes;
• English language skills (written and oral);
• Significant experience working with MS Excel (formulas, Pivot tables, data analysis);
• Understanding of the principles of financial and management reporting;
• Excellent analytical thinking, ability to systematize and summarize information;
• Result orientation, ability to achieve goals and effectively solve problems;
• Teamwork and time management skills.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 3,430 to EUR 5,150 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
