Nature of work
- coordinate the activities of ordering gas transmission services and ensure its smooth operation;
- analyze, supervise and improve the processes of ordering gas transmission services, provide proposals for their efficiency and prepare internal procedures, instructions and other documents related to these processes;
- prepare business requirements for the development of information systems and participate in the implementation, testing and improvement of solutions related to the processes of ordering gas transmission services;
- organize the process of gas trading for technological and balancing needs and ensure its proper implementation;
- manage transmission service ordering data, ensure their quality, accuracy and control;
- coordinate the activities of transmission service engineers working in shifts, provide methodological assistance;
- monitor the operation of the gas transmission system, analyze malfunctions and initiate measures to eliminate and prevent them.
Employee requirements
- higher university or equivalent engineering education acquired after completing studies in engineering, technology, physical sciences or a similar field;
- work experience in creating, coordinating and preparing business processes and preparing business requirements for the development of information systems;
- experience in analyzing and modeling business processes (e.g., using Bizagi Modeler or similar process modeling tools);
- good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (verbal and written);
- ability to analyze complex situations, make decisions and independently plan and prioritize work;
- ability to effectively cooperate with different departments and stakeholders;
- orientation towards customer needs and high quality of services.
