Nature of work
- performance of the functions of a lawyer/secretary of the collegial body(ies), provision of consultations on issues of the activities of the collegial body(ies);
- assistance to the chairman of the collegial body(ies) in organizing meetings;
- preparation, review and coordination of various corporate, internal legal acts;
- labor law consultations;
- monitoring of assigned legal acts;
- organization, planning, supervision of corporate processes.
Employee requirements
- higher university education in the field of law;
- knowledge of corporate law and practical experience in working with collegial management bodies; experience in corporate law;
- ability to communicate smoothly and cooperate with different management teams, initiative;
- ability to solve complex issues, independently plan workload and priorities, analytical thinking;
- good knowledge of English (written and oral).
Advantages:
- experience working with an audit committee(s);
- experience in legal work working in a state-owned company or its subsidiary;
- knowledge of labor law;
- experience in the field of compliance assurance (personal data protection, prevention of market abuse, etc.) and knowledge of legal acts related to compliance assurance.
