SENIOR MANAGER IN THE CONTRACTS TEAM, CUSTOMER OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT

We are currently looking for a new team member to join the Contracts team in the Customer Operations Department. In this position, you will be an important part of the team's activities, ensuring smooth execution of daily processes, high quality of operations performed and contributing to strengthening the team's competencies and improving its performance. We are looking for a colleague who not only has excellent knowledge of processes, but also is able to notice areas for improvement, share knowledge with the team and help ensure the best solutions for the client.

You will contribute to the creation of a safe and green energy ecosystem:

• Ensuring high-quality and timely execution of Contracts team tasks and coordination of daily activities;
• Performing quality control of the team's operations, analyzing results and contributing to continuous improvement;
• Solving more complex or non-standard customer situations and finding the best solutions in cooperation with other teams;
• Analyzing performance results, identifying improvement opportunities and initiating process efficiency solutions;
• Contributing to the improvement of documents, templates, communication and work organization solutions;
• Consulting team members, sharing expert knowledge and contributing to the training and development of new employees' competencies.

• Higher education or higher education;
• Experience in customer operations, process management, data administration or energy;
• Ability to see beyond daily tasks, but also the broader context of processes and customer experience;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions within their competence;
• Ability to identify opportunities for business improvement and initiate changes;
• Willingness to share expert knowledge, consult colleagues and contribute to their growth;
• Experience in ensuring the quality of work performed, coordinating activities or solving more complex situations;
• Orientation towards quality results, value created for the customer and continuous improvement of activities;
• Good skills in MS Office programs (Word, Excel).

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,080 to EUR 3,120 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
