Nature of work
- Lead a design team – coordination and supervision of the work of several architects and subcontractors
- Independent project management from concept to implementation
- Communication with clients, negotiations and decision-making during the project
- Cooperation with developers of other parts of the project
- Preparation of site development and architectural projects
- Preparation and maintenance of information models (BIM) in the ArchiCAD environment
Employee requirements
- Higher education in architecture
- At least 3-5 years of professional work experience in the field of architecture
- Experience in managing projects and/or a team is an advantage
- Professional work with ArchiCAD software is an advantage
- Ability to independently make decisions, justify them and take responsibility for the result
- Leadership qualities - the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Creative, conceptual thinking and a desire to seek unconventional solutions
- Clear, constructive verbal and written communication
- Ambition to grow and take on increasing responsibility
